Our tub cleaning systems (also known as crate washing systems) are fully equipped with rails for tubs, lids and chicken baskets, and powerful electric in-feed drives with speed control to handle all tub cleaning requirements.
At the heart of the system is a Europumps drive pump (available in a Lima 250/58 with a 30kW motor, or Lima 200/58 with 22kW motor). Each pump is equipped with a star/delta starter, safety valve, stainless steel frame and guards. At full power, these pumps shift water at 58 litres per minute, so your tubs are cleaned effectively and efficiently.
Power and rinse nozzles dislodge even the toughest residues. The stainless steel foamer and rated pistol, with 25 metres of draw hose, are compatible with both acid and alkaline cleaning chemicals.
Our tub cleaners can handle any size of tub and are equipped with an onboard heat exchanger to ensure the pumps do not run dry. The reinforced mesh also offers enhanced safety.

The automated cleaning system ensures that each tub is cleaned to standard using only 10 litres of water and 10ml of detergent (or 1litre per 100 litres).
